WHO ARE WE?

NiO Agro is a youth led farm that is into Animal husbandry and olericulture. In 2021 we were duly registered with the Federal government of Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Association of Nigeria (SMEDAN).

As ways of increasing youth interest in Agriculture, we have been training for FREE young school leavers on various aspects of sustainable Agriculture. We have so far trained 1800 both online and onsite. 

Vision statement: To be a consistent market player in the livestock and horticultural industries in Nigeria.

Mission statement: To continually churn out hygienic products at good prices through the use of cheaper non-conventional inputs replicated by numerous farmers across Nigeria.

Core Values: Quality products, competitive prices, consistent production, integrity in business, prompt delivery.

We are youth led and have the interest of youths at heart.  Our solution supports there of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations which are:

1. No Poverty

2. Zero Hunger

3. Decent Work and Economic Growth.

We seek support in cash and kind as we strive to change the Agricultural narrative in the Country.

YULETIDE SALES, LESSONS LEARNT

A happy new year to you all, trust you doing great. The last time we had a post here was last year. To start this year, we want to take a good look at some lessons learnt from the poor sales experienced by many poultry farmers last year especially during the festive season. Alot of complains have ensured from the poor sales farmers witnessed during the last festive season as result of this and more, we have compiled some lessons we have learnt which we believe will help to forestall a re-occurrence.
