WHO ARE WE?

NiO Agro is a youth led farm that is into Animal husbandry and olericulture. In 2021 we were duly registered with the Federal government of Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Association of Nigeria (SMEDAN).

As ways of increasing youth interest in Agriculture, we have been training for FREE young school leavers on various aspects of sustainable Agriculture. We have so far trained 1800 both online and onsite. 

Vision statement: To be a consistent market player in the livestock and horticultural industries in Nigeria.

Mission statement: To continually churn out hygienic products at good prices through the use of cheaper non-conventional inputs replicated by numerous farmers across Nigeria.

Core Values: Quality products, competitive prices, consistent production, integrity in business, prompt delivery.

We are youth led and have the interest of youths at heart.  Our solution supports there of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations which are:

1. No Poverty

2. Zero Hunger

3. Decent Work and Economic Growth.

We seek support in cash and kind as we strive to change the Agricultural narrative in the Country.

                                   NIO AGRO BUSINESS PITCH My name is ADEGBAMIGBE Adewumi, am the team leader of NiO Agro. NiO Agro is a youth led farm that is into animal husbandry. We are poised to change the farming narratives in Nigeria by 1. Churning out the most hygienic and pocket friendly products to the populace 2. Finding, utilising and teaching farmers cheaper but effective methods to raise their animals so that at the end the farmer is happy and the consumer is also happy. We raise and sell live/dressed pigs and broilers at the most pocket friendly prices. We make use of cheaper, non-conventional but effective methods/ingredients in our production process, this helps us produce at rates cheaper than the conventional methods. We replace the expensive conventional ingredients with cheaper non conventional ingredients. Through our methods, farmers can produce more at cheaper prices. We teach for FREE young farmers how to replicate our methods on their own farms and as such the

                                                MARKETING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE Marketing is the art of making customers aware of a product and making them buy the product, this is a paraphrased definition of marketing by the International Strategic Management Institute (ISMI) of which am a proud member. Let me start by saying no enterprise can survive without a steady market for it products, no matter how good the products are, the enterprise will fold up if the market is not there. I usually recommend farm enterprises to have available market before they start production. If this is done, it will save the farmer a lot of headaches also prevent exploitation. Exploitation normally set in when farmers are desperate to dispose-off their goods to avoid spoilage.
